Salary Range:
$131,000.00 – $170,000.00
What’s the role?
The primary focus of the Senior Performance Programs Manager is to drive Etsy’s recurring performance programs, which includes: promotions, annual performance reviews, feedback, development check-ins, and talent planning. The role’s focus is twofold: Coordinating smooth execution across key functions within the People team, as well as supporting development of new initiatives that enhance Etsy’s performance and talent offerings. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and strong interpersonal skills; it offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our employees’ sense of career advancement and achievement while at Etsy.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Manager, Performance & Learning. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy.
For this role, we are considering candidates based in the United States. Depending on where you are located in the United States, your work mode will be Local Hybrid, Regional Hybrid or Remote.
