Responsibilities

We seek a highly skilled and creative Senior Partner, Learning & Development, to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and facilitate training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our associates. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and effective training methodologies.

  • Design and Development:
    • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements
    • Develop comprehensive training programs, including course outlines, materials, and assessments
    • Utilize various instructional design models and methodologies to create engaging and effective training content
    • Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos, infographics, and interactive activities to enhance learning experiences
  • Facilitation:
    • Deliver training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as in-person workshops, virtual classrooms, and e-learning modules
    • Engage participants through interactive and participatory training methods
    • Adapt training delivery to accommodate different learning styles and needs
    • Provide coaching and support to participants to successfully apply learned skills
  • Evaluation and Improvement:
    • Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on feedback and emerging trends
    • Stay updated with the latest training and instructional design developments to ensure best practices
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop relevant training content
    • Work cross-functionally with the other Learning & Development team members to develop relevant training content

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field or five plus years in Learning and Development
  • Proven experience in designing and facilitating training programs
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools (e.g., Articulate, InDesign, or similar e-learning authoring tools)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
