We have recently launched Workday Learning and are seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to administer the system and most importantly, ensure that we fully leverage the functionality of Workday Learning. As a Senior LMS Administrator, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our organization’s learning ecosystem. Your role extends beyond mere administration; you’ll be a catalyst for growth, innovation, and continuous improvement. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

What You’ll Get to Do

  • Partners with key internal stakeholders, such as Legal, Compliance, HR (plant and BU), Communications, Health, Safety & Environmental, to ensure deployment of standard training course content to promote onboarding, safety, quality, and compliance.
  • Collaborates with HM Group on implementation, and evaluation of online training.
  • Acts as an LMS consultant, providing best-practice insight into all Workday LMS functionality, including administering events, sessions, curricula, evaluations, email notifications, custom reports, and standard reports and uploading content (e-learning modules, materials, videos).
  • Responsible for the system setup and daily management of the LMS to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of content to learners, including managing the tracking of virtual and in-person training for employees at all levels.
  • Maintains the training catalog within the LMS and publishes training materials, configure training plans and curricula, and define the parameters of training assignments.
  • Screens items submitted for LMS publication for their adherence to best practices in training design to ensure a valid system of record and effective learning experiences for employees.

What Are We Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Workday LMS Administration, preferably in a centralized process, supporting the field.
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and related platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multiple time zones and a variety of organizational levels and interpersonal styles.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
