The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing learning experiences that solve business problems through the thoughtful combination of communications, eLearning, instructor-led training, performance support and other interventions. They ensure that high-quality, innovative, and effective learning solutions are designed, developed, and delivered by different teams in a timely manner to satisfy business needs.
Qualifications
Two (2) Years Of Project Management Experience Preferred.
Experience in designing and developing computer-based training, storyboards, and lessons to be used in a variety of delivery media is required.
Technical Writing Skills, Preferred
Experience with documentation or training authorizing systems preferred.
Proven Project Leadership Or Employee Leadership Skills/experience.
