Long Description

What you will do:

  • Project Management: You’ll be actively involved in managing multiple strategic projects simultaneously. This could include coordinating with cross-functional teams, setting timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met on time.
  • Learning Solution Development: You’ll work closely with subject matter experts to design and develop innovative learning solutions, such as online courses, innovative PowerApps that help drive upskilling and reskilling, and microlearning modules. This involves conducting needs analyses, creating storyboards, and leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Content Curation and Creation: You’ll have the opportunity to research and curate relevant content from various sources, as well as create original content for learning materials. This could involve writing instructional guides, developing assessments, scripting video scripts or marketing & communications assets.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: You’ll assist in analyzing learning data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of different areas across the People Team and identify areas for improvement. This may involve creating reports, visualizing data, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Meetings: You’ll attend cross-functional meetings, collaborate with subject matter experts, senior stakeholders, and other team members to ensure alignment and seamless execution of project deliverables.

Throughout your internship, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, interact with diverse stakeholders, and gain exposure across the People Team. You will grow and expand your professional network not only locally, but globally as we constantly work with other internal global teams to achieve seamless solutions while embodying a ONE Ericsson mindset.

The skills you bring:

  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication proficiency (written, verbal, digital), emotional intelligence, creativity, growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Looking for someone that has the curiosity to figure things out, collaborate with others, stay agile to adjust as needed, have perseverance and grit to take things to the finish line.
  • Someone that has previous experience or exposure in competence growth, HR, organizational development or similar field is ideal.
  • If you have a background or passion for data analysis, data visualization and/or MS PowerApps Suite, that’s a big bonus!
