Onboarding Training Coordinator

What to Expect

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Onboarding Training Associate to join our team. This role is crucial in facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for success.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding training programs tailored to different roles within the organization
• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires, covering company policies, procedures, and culture
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and create relevant materials
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs, making continuous improvements based on feedback
• Maintain training documentation and track progress of new employees during their onboarding period
• Act as a point of contact for new hires, providing support and answering questions throughout the onboarding process
• Facilitate team-building activities to help new employees integrate into the company culture

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in training or onboarding, is highly desirable
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of individuals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for employee development and commitment to creating a positive onboarding experience

Expected Compensation

• Training Coordinator I – $24.44 – $27.20/hour, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
