Overview

Enhabit is seeking a Manager of Learning & Development to lead our learning and growth initiatives across the organization. If you’re ready to make a lasting impact by driving professional growth and role-based learning, this is the opportunity for you!

As the Manager of Learning & Development (L&D) at Enhabit, you will be the strategic leader behind our employee development programs. You will play a crucial role in creating and executing scalable learning solutions that align with the evolving needs of our workforce. Your focus will be to ensure every employee has access to top-tier development resources and opportunities to unlock their full potential. You’ll also serve as a trusted advisor for coaching and growth initiatives, helping teams across all levels of the company succeed.

This position is based at 6688 N. Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75206 but will be eligible for a hybrid schedule once fully trained.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and execute innovative employee training and development programs.
  • Create engaging learning programs for emerging leaders, fostering their growth, and preparing them for leadership roles.
  • Ensure all role-based programming and course content remains up to date with industry best practices and diverse delivery methods (in-person, virtual, hybrid).
  • Partner with Human Resources to create training content that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Actively serve as a coach for high-performing employees to nurture their professional growth.
  • Stay ahead of trends and industry standards in Learning & Development to inform and evolve our organizational strategies.
  • Ensure all L&D initiatives comply with company policies and government regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, training and development, organizational development, leadership, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree in business, education, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Must hold current certifications in coaching and or training
    • Certifications in DDI 360 Feedback, DISC®, CliftonStrengths™, Enneagram, or similar coaching tools preferred.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role as a Supervisor or Manager with direct reports
  • 5+ years of experience in employee training, development, and coaching
  • 3+ years of experience coaching senior leadership
  • Proven ability to create and deliver research-based, high-quality learning content across various formats (in-person, online, hybrid).
  • Expertise in creating structured learning tracks and curriculum bundles that align with job requirements and employee growth pathways.
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort delivering to all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories, modern training methods, and learning platforms.
