The Learning & Talent Administrator will play a critical role in enhancing our organization’s Learning & Talent experience by providing subject matter expertise, support and training. The Learning & Talent Administrator is responsible for coordinating and administering learning and development programs within the organization and through the Workday platform. They work closely with various business partners to ensure that training initiatives meet organizational objectives and contribute to associate growth and development.

Requirements

  • Manage the organization’s Learning Management & Talent System through Workday for all areas of the business (Corporate, Stores, DC/CC), including user account management, course enrollment, content upload, and reporting. Ensure the LMS is up-to-date and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Assist in the development and preparation of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning events. This includes scheduling training sessions in DC, booking venues or virtual platforms, and ensuring all necessary resources are available.
  • Resolve complex cases, collaborating as appropriate with internal teams, communications, HRBPs, when deeper subject matter expertise, additional research, or interpretation is required.
  • Ensure that training programs comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and completion certificates through the Workday platform.
  • Provide custom reporting to necessary business partners to help drive Learning & Talent initiatives.
  • Maintain expertise in relevant subject areas, industry trends, and best practices in training and development. Stay informed about new technologies and methodologies for delivering effective training programs.
  • Facilitate training sessions in DC, using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, such as presentations, group discussions, role-plays, simulations, and hands-on activities.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree– preferred professional certifications is a plus (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance)
  • Self-motivated individual comfortable speaking with all levels of management
  • Interprets data analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is required, including use of lookups and pivot tables as well as MS office suite.
  • 3+ years of Training/Learning Management
  • Ability to create training materials: eLearning courses, facilitator guides and participant workbooks.
  • Desire to thrive in a dynamic and growing environment.
  • Adapts well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
  • Demonstrates ability to operate independently while meeting deadlines with limited supervision.

Salary Range: $86,400.00 – $108,000.00
