We’re working on the building blocks of the small business solutions and smart homes by designing our own hardware, enabling it with powerful software, and tying it all together to the cloud. We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to design and build engaging learning experiences for eero audiences. The ideal candidate should be an experienced LXD with a deep understanding of adult learning theory, project management, and a demonstrable portfolio of high-quality engaging learning content. They should have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to leverage data to develop and measure learning impact.

As a Learning Experience Designer you will:
A day in the life
Daily, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of learning experiences across multiple modalities for a variety of eero audiences. You will manage end to end analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of medium to large scale curriculums. Daily, you’ll work with strategic partners to incorporate business goals and objectives into developed learning plans to drive measurable outcomes. You will leverage industry standards to build best in class learning experiences including multimedia assets.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
