Are you passionate about learning? Are you looking for an opportunity to use your design skills in a new, growing business? We’re hiring an experienced Learning Experience Architect (LXA) to join our rapidly growing Brokerage Talent & Learning team.

The Learning Experience Architect is responsible for the design and creation of learning experiences. This role owns the creation of the experience, end-to-end – design through implementation and evaluation, delivering on data/report-outs as determined by the experience.

The Team 

As a member of the Brokerage Talent, Learning & Inclusion team, you’ll use your expertise in Learning and Development (L&D) to support Talent, Learning, and Inclusion initiatives across the Fidelity Brokerage organization. You’ll collaborate with the business and other L&D associates on fast-paced, innovative projects.

The Expertise You Have 

  • Expertise in learning design, development, and delivery in a corporate setting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Experience using industry-standard development tools like Adobe Creative Suite to build modern digital content
  • Experience with our learning platforms and their capabilities to support the associate learning experience: NovoEd and Degreed
  • Experience working on an Agile team, with Agile principles or experience working with project management tools, preferred
  • Experience producing Zoom Webinars and Meetings, including Q&A, polling, etc.

  • Strong skills in all aspects of instructional design
  • Ability to learn quickly and simplify concepts for others
  • Ability to interpret data and create executive summaries/report outs
  • Strong written communication skills, including technical writing
  • Strong facilitation skills, especially in a virtual context with tools like Zoom
  • Demonstrated independence, autonomy and accountability when performing your work, even in the face of ambiguity or limited precedent
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver large-scale projects
  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously

The Value You Deliver 

  • Working with leaders to build and maintain innovative programs and learning content
  • Designing and developing learning content using a variety of development tools and exemplifying good practices in instructional design
  • Providing early analysis, thought partnership and design consultation on projects across Fidelity Brokerage
  • Delivering training and upskilling sessions virtually and in-person, as needed
  • Working with our learning management system (LMS) and learning platforms to deliver learning solutions in ways that can be tracked and evaluated
  • Remaining current with the latest learning design methods and tools
  • Crafting learning experiences and content that are accessible and in alignment with Fidelity’s dedication to diversity and inclusion
