Learning & Development Specialist

We increase sales, reduce order issues, and decrease delivery headaches.
- Partner with business and operations teams to identify and align training programs that eliminate skill and knowledge gaps
- Create and execute learning experiences that improve team skills and technical knowledge
- Write comprehensive and clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guide our operations team
- Design visual job aids/instructional content + effective training presentations to support various learning styles
- Develop, lead, and facilitate live instructor-led training courses utilizing interactive teaching methods
- Maintain and organize the hierarchy of our internal team knowledge base
- Ensure articles and reference materials are up-to-date, easily accessible, and accurately indexed
What we’re looking for
- 3-5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, technical writing, or similar role.
- Experiencing supporting a nuanced or complex product suite of solutions and collaborating with various stakeholder groups/audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Best-in-class communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role is based in our Los Angeles HQ office. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. When you’re constantly innovating, changing how an industry works, inventing new products and processes – and we are doing all these things – we believe we’re better as a team in-person. That’s why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week.
