Job Description:

At Regions, the Learning Delivery Professional at this level supports multiple lines of business and provides formal and informal coaching to individuals and groups for both development and performance improvements.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supports Learning & Development strategy along with team initiatives and goals
  • Takes responsibility for actions, projects, and people, maintaining a strong focus on desired outcomes
  • Takes initiative and works under own direction, seeks guidance when necessary
  • Makes quick, clear decisions which may include varying levels of risk
  • Facilitates learning sessions without dependency or facilitator guides, balancing time between talking, listening, and discussion as well as encouraging and asking clarifying questions to check understanding and foster open dialogue
  • Provides learning session participants with tailored, specific, and balanced feedback regarding skill gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Assists team in soliciting feedback and sharing best practices, new content, and market immersion
  • Remains current on skills and knowledge and strives to be a subject-matter expert
  • Provides recommendations to leadership regarding gaps in learning materials or course content
  • Ensures that content is linked to organizational initiatives and/or job descriptions
  • Seeks deeper understanding of problems, developing and evaluating innovative solutions and weighing pros and cons prior to implementation
  • Recognizes others’ verbal and non-verbal communication cues and adjusts sessions accordingly
  • Actively engages learners through active listening as well as maintaining an enthusiastic environment and fostering open communication
  • Actively seeks relationships with peers, leaders, and business group partners
  • Assists in resolving conflicts and disagreements among team
  • Seeks to gain commitment to behavioral change from participants
  • Maintains an inclusive and open environment to new people and diverse perspectives
  • Contributes to Small Business training and Outbound Calling training

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Six (6) years of related experience

Preferences

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Ability to clearly articulate the purpose and objective of sessions and activities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills

Additional Skills & Competencies: 

  • Proficient in WebEx
  • Skilled in self-discovery-based coaching
  • Ability to facilitate adult learning

This position currently will be offsite (within a reasonable driving distance to our Professional Office Building located at 3343 Perimeter Hill Drive, Nashville, TN 37211  ), and associates will work from their home primarily. They may be expected to go on site for meetings or other events as needed.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

$75,210.00 USD

Median:

$97,850.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:

This job is not incentive eligible.
