The Learning Architect: Manager Development plays a crucial role in achieving this vision by building exceptional leadership across multiple levels of management. This role designs and implements strategic learning solutions tailored to meet the development needs of managers throughout multiple career stages: new managers, developing managers, managers of managers, and senior managers. You’ll be responsible for leading complex projects and initiatives to enable people managers at every level to navigate challenges, grow their leadership skills, and drive Lyft’s success through their teams.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
The expected base pay range for this position in the New York City area is $104,000 – $130,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
