About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Learning and Development Consultant who is eager to collaborate and consult with peers, partners, vendors and business leaders.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, partners, vendors and business leaders to develop learning solutions or engagements supporting business and performance goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area
  • Review and analyze data, learning outcomes for stakeholder reporting; research and develop evaluation instruments.
  • Exercise independent judgement in assigned body of project management work, resolving issues and guiding work efforts of medium risk deliverables.
  • Partner across matrix environment, utilizing resources and navigating organization to develop solutions, contracts, materials, coursework or other deliverables based on consultative needs assessments, and business priorities of COE and/or client groups
  • Provide direction and mentorship to other learning professionals and consultants; leading through influence in interdepartmental and workgroup assignments.
  • Apply knowledge of manager and professional development programs, infrastructure, operations and assessment across business disciplines to enhance design of various learning solutions.
  • Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgement while developing expertise in functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Acquire knowledge of center of excellence audience, needs, and support as needed in the development, hosting, facilitation and delivery of learning (forums, meetings, focus groups, etc.) to bridge gaps.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Learning and Development Consulting client consulting or program design/management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with digital delivery tools and functions like MS TEAMS, Skype, Zoom, WebEx
  • Advanced skills with survey tools, Excel, reporting systems, PowerPoint
  • Experience consulting with internal clients regarding learning solutions or business needs.
  • Understanding of adult/professional learning: facilitation and experience creating presentations, eLearning, facilitator resources, managing rosters/learning operations, assessment design/analysis and assessing effectiveness.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate projects

Job Expectations:

  • This position will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$63,600.00 – $113,000.00
