About this role

Reporting to the Manager, Learning + Leadership, Global Fulfillment, Lead, develops and manage, a DC site learning team to deliver leadership development and functional training in alignment with strategic business priorities. Enable delivery of training and leadership development programs (onboarding, always-on, offsites, and functional) through DC Campus Learning Team.

A day in the life: what you’ll do

  • Responsible for consulting with Global Fulfillment department leaders and Campus Directors
  • Executing on annual curriculum delivery strategy for DC Campus.
  • Facilitate site learning content, events, and development sessions to Manager+ population.
  • Identify appropriate localization needs and delivery methods to maximize learning retention while maintaining industry watch for best practices in learning.
  • Leads, develops, manages, and recruits team of learning specialist/partners and learning facilitators to deliver functional training in alignment with strategic business priorities.
  • Ensure training is sustainable and scalable by measuring and monitoring training through a clear assessment of need with trackable results to measure proficiency, expertise, on-the-job application, and connection to business results; hold team responsible to measure and monitor training effectiveness
  • Oversee delivery of learning programs across DC Campus with consideration of the holistic view of our current and future business to execute strategy, achieve business goals & enable career development.
  • Enable delivery of Training and development programs (onboarding, ongoing and cyclical) through Learning Team.
  • Partner with program manager and/or learning designer to advise on program sustainment.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,100-$106,500 USD  annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
