We’re looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to join the People Team! 

What you’ll do:

  • Run the daily operations for bi-weekly global onboarding including working with internal ambassadors, facilitators, partners, and teams 
  • Facilitate engaging and exciting instructor-led onboarding experiences
  • Review and continually evolve our current onboarding program to meet the needs of our new hire population
  • Create reinforcement mechanisms to embed learning
  • Collaborate across various teams and stakeholders to continue to create an aligned experience for our new hires
  • Measure the success and return on investment of development programs
  • Strategically maximize LMS capabilities, and continuously refresh development content 
  • Model and reinforce our cultural values of being kind, smart, and creative    

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience facilitating programs or workshops
  • Meticulous attention to detail with excellent time-management skills
  • Strong project management skills to drive initiatives to completion and manage fast-changing priorities 
  • A service-mindset and passion for helping others
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to build relationships cross-functionally 
  • A curious mindset and a hunger for learning
  • High levels of agility and ability to thrive through change
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, such as Sheets, Slides, and Docs
  • Ability to utilize a learning management system

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 3+ years experience in a Learning & Development, Onboarding, or related role 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for Snapchat and creativity!
  • Experience in a tech or fast-paced environment
  • Experience running global onboarding programs
  • Experience using Workday

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $86,000-$129,000 annually.

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $82,000-$122,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $73,000-$110,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
