Role Description & Responsibilities
Our Dassault Systemes Enablement team is excited to announce we have a hybrid internship opportunity available in our Waltham, MA office!
We are seeking a creative and motivated Instructional Design Intern to join our Enablement team and contribute to the development of engaging training content and learning materials. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain hands-on experience in instructional design, multimedia content creation, and digital learning development.
As an intern, you will support the creation of high-quality learning materials that align with sales training initiatives. You will work closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to develop learning solutions, job aids, webinars, and other training resources.
- Assist in the development of training materials, including outlining, content gathering, formatting, and quality assurance

- Support the creation of microlearning videos, including scripting, video editing, and publishing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and professional design across all materials.
- Engage with business process owners and subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy.
- Assist in document management and archiving of learning materials for future use.
- Develop and maintain KPI to validate effectiveness of the learning delivery
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer skills, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Canva) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $20 – $24 per hour.
