Job Summary:

Job Summary

Opportunity for undergraduate or graduate students interested in obtaining personal exposure to VUMC by serving in an internship allowing the individual to gain exposure to and develop a better understanding of the variety of operations and services within the defined department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of assistance for all admin and learner support in VUMC’s LMS, establishing positive and effective collaborative working relationships with end users, coworkers, admins, and vendors.
  • Work closely with Learning and Development teams and other course creators to load and manage settings for eLearning modules (SCORMS), create and maintain ILCS, and process mass enrollments.
  • Test and QA modules to ensure they meet technical and quality standards.
  • Manage roles and permissions for those with administrator access.
  • Work closely with LMS vendor to resolve technical and non-technical system issues, manage data migrations from HR systems, collaborate with VUMC IT support when needed.
  • Conduct scheduled and as-needed audits and updates of current learning content.
  • Create reports and analytics on learning data for department use.
