About the position:
Raymond is seeking a dynamic and experienced Instructional Designer with a proven track record in leveraging instructional design methodologies, collaborating with subject-matter experts and functional managers, creating effective learning solutions, and delivering engaging instructor-led training. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing training programs and materials, creating comprehensive training assets such as manuals, guides, multimedia content, and interactive modules, and conducting instructor-led and train-the-trainer sessions.

Salary – $60,400 – $75,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Two or more years of related experience is required. Experience working in a manufacturing or technical environment is preferred.
