The Instructional Designer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing and evaluating training to improve organizational effectiveness using a variety of training tools and techniques. This position will create training that addresses organizational performance and learning needs of Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation. This includes the onboarding training program for all new hires, skill enhancement/improvements courses to drive continuous education and learning, system/technical training and management fundamentals. This role will require a strong level of project management skills and tools to successfully manage multiple projects that may have competing priorities. Additionally, the Instructional Designer will build strong working relationship with team members and management to develop training and provide ongoing support. This includes building a strong partnership with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation to effectively develop training content that meets the learning objectives outlined.

Years of Experience:
Minimum three (3) to eight (8) years of experience developing courseware and self-paced training.
Experience in the auto finance or financial services industry preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required: in Instructional Design/Training preferred
