This position is responsible for the effective analysis of training needs and the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs that drive measurable performance improvement. The Instructional Designer role requires strong creative, analysis, and relationship building skills. They will work closely with SMEs and stakeholders to understand their needs, propose solutions, and develop customized training programs.
Key Accountabilities
Instructional Systems Design – Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation
Assess, design, develop, and evaluate learning solutions to support Team Member, Manager, and Restaurant Support Center (RSC) development.
Project Management
Manage the L&D project deliverables and timelines to achieve goals, objectives, and quality expectations.
Multimedia/Graphic Design /Desktop Publishing
Develop and produce multimedia elements to support e-learning, print and blended learning solutions.
