As an Instructional Designer, you will create and elevate learning content to improve the knowledge, skills and abilities of Precision Strip associates at all our 15 locations. You will oversee multiple projects simulatanously on a variety of subjects (technical, leadership, and professional development). This position will be based out of our Minster, OH location.

Work You Will Do

  • Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultations with managers
  • Apply instructional strategies and adult learning theory to create engaging and meaningful learning curriculum
  • Design and advance both new and established learning cirrculum to address current and future business needs in a varity of formats
  • Provide project management oversight from conception to implementation
  • Develop programs and processes that support the transfer of knowledge and technical expertise at all levels to prepare us for the talent needs of the future
  • Provide expertise over the design, implementation and facilitation of internal training
  • Manage the technologies required to develop and deliver training, including the Learning Management System
