The Instructional Designer is responsible for working collaboratively with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners in the systematic design, development, and delivery of instructional materials and experiences, both digital & physical, in a consistent and reliable fashion that enables efficient, effective, and engaging adult learning.
The role will be responsible for creating and executing the organization’s design and development process, reviewing, innovating, and expanding Claims training collateral – implementing advancements and quantifying success.
Additionally, the Designer will act as a peer mentor for trainers on adult learning and instructional design best practices. Finally, the individual will report to the Director of IA Claims Training and collaborate closely with colleagues within the Claims team as well as Customer Solutions and Human Resources.
