As a vital member of the Learning & Development team, the Instructional Designer is not just a role, but a calling for someone with a deep-seated passion for learning and development. This individual will not only develop instructor-led training (ILT) and innovative e-learning environments but will also be a standard-bearer of our core values: Passion in transforming learning in hospitality, Integrity in creating trustworthy and honest content, and a robust Work Ethic in the pursuit of excellence.
