We’re looking for a Graduate Instructional Designer to join the team on our two-year Graduate programme.

What will you be involved in?

Keeping learners at the forefront of all that we do, you’ll assist with the testing and the development of content to help our valued customers and partners learn how to effectively use Sage Intacct core financials. From videos to eLearning training, your content will empower users to gain the most value from Sage Intacct.

You’ll use your communication skills and on-the-job training to assist with the development of learning content. Providing succinct learning at the time of need helps our customers and partners realize the most value from Sage Intacct

Key Responsibilities

What are we looking for?

You’ll need to be a recent graduate, ideally in Instructional Design and Technology, Educational Technology, Education, English, or Communications. We’re open to people of all backgrounds, but the following skills will help you thrive.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to deliver engaging content.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Thrives in a team environment where creativity, flexibility, and communication are highly valued.
• Demonstrates a passion for learning; keen to learn new software and techniques
• Familiarity with instructional design methods (ADDIE) and basic video skills would be advantageous but a willingness to learn is non-negotiable. 
• Knowledge of accountancy or finance is a bonus to really understand our product and customers.

This role will be based from our Ponce City or Lawrenceville office and is hybrid, so you will be in the office 2-3 days pre week.

• If successful at video interview stage, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre at the end of October.
• Successful candidates will join us in January 2025
