  • Monitor the progress and performance of participating farmers, collecting data and feedback to assess program effectiveness and individual development.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform program adjustments. Collaborate with monitoring and evaluation teams to conduct regular assessments and evaluations of farmer training outcomes and impact.
  • Foster positive relationships with farmer communities, local partners, and agricultural stakeholders to promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and resource mobilization.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
  • 4+ years’ experience in learning and development and/or instructional design required, knowledge and expertise in agriculture preferred.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience in monitoring and evaluating program outcomes and impact.
  • Knowledge of sustainable agriculture, environmental stewardship, and rural development principles is desirable.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to rural locations and work occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
