Summary of Job Duties:
The Education Specialist provides case management services to the Seeking To Reinforce my Identity and Values Everyday (STRIVE) Program, assisting the therapists and working under their supervision. The Education Specialist is responsible for coordinating all services for clients in the STRIVE school based program. He/she follows the guidance of the primary therapist to help carry out treatment plan goals and objectives. These mental health services will be provided in the school and community setting. Education Specialist will have a productivity expectation that is set by the Department and Program Manager.
