Overview:

MarcoPolo Learning is seeking a dynamic Director of Early Learning Solutions to serve as both a thought leader and brand ambassador. This unique role is tailored for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in early childhood education. The ideal candidate will hold a PhD in Education or a related field and will use their knowledge and experience to elevate our brand and mission to improve classroom quality, supercharge family engagement and inspire children on their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Expert Representation & Thought Leadership:

  • Represent MarcoPolo Learning as an expert spokesperson at major industry conferences, educational events, and key stakeholder meetings. Use your expertise to effectively articulate our vision, values, and innovative solutions for early childhood education.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on early childhood education topics, providing insights and guidance on emerging trends and best practices. Advocate for the adoption of our solutions and the integration of high-quality educational resources to support teachers in early childhood classrooms.
  • Engage with educational leaders, industry influencers and develop a high-quality network to promote our brand and enhance our public profile.
  • Provide thought leadership – contribute your academic insights to white papers, articles, and other thought leadership content to position MarcoPolo Learning as an expert voice and sector authority.


Expand Our Industry Presence – Growth, Partnership and Brand Development:

  • Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to define best strategies for developing our brand across the ECE space
  • Develop and deliver high-impact presentations, workshops, and webinars that showcase how MarcoPolo Learning can benefit the ECE space. Highlight how MarcoPolo Learning can help solve our customers problems using our services, resources, technology, and strategies to demonstrate our leadership and influence in the field.
  • Write and contribute to thought-provoking articles, blogs, and opinion pieces that reinforce our position as an industry leader and advocate for high-quality early learning.
  • Support initiatives to expand MarcoPolo Learning’s market presence and increase the adoption of our products and services through strategic alliances.
  • Serve as the key liaison for major partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment to our mutual goals. Support key partnerships that drive business growth and enhance our educational offerings.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Education or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in early childhood education, with a strong understanding of pedagogical theories, research and practices.
  • Ability to take on a leadership role supporting business and brand development and driving growth within the education sector.
  • Ability to be strategic and help develop plans that will help impact market presence.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of the sector’s challenges and opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to represent MarcoPolo Learning at events and meetings.
