Summary: Reporting to the Sr Director, provide supervision and oversight of daily activity supervising Manager and Instructional Design and Development (IDD) Senior Training Specialists. Paramount to the development of successful rail training programs, directs the assessments for both instructors and trainees, works with stakeholders to design/re-design or develop courses and curricula/training materials, implements and evaluates technical training programs to enhance Instructors/Trainees’ learning and development.
