Sitting at a computer workstation for long periods of time, repetitive motion, occasional job-related travel.

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Job Summary

In conjunction with course directors, this position will manage and supervise the daily operations and logistics for MD program courses. Facilitating the organization and delivery of MD courses, including, but not limited to the preparation of accurate and timely curriculum-related materials, maintaining an online course management system for each course, assisting faculty when incorporating technologies in instruction, curriculum, and assessment, and work with course directors to ensure compliance with OME and LCME guidelines.

Functions as primary communication liaison between medical students, administrative staff, and faculty regarding course activities. Maintain and manage accurate and complete educational records (paper, electronic files, and databases) to allow for seamless flow and exchange of information, in a FERPA-compliant manner. Work collaboratively with coordinators across campuses to ensure course standards and comparability are being achieved. Provide clarification of all questions on coursework, OME policies, and procedures. Cross-cover for other curriculum staff members and administrative staff in course or project work during peak times.
