The Learning and Assessment Division is a multidisciplinary group of experts who generate the evidence that drives and describes College Board’s impact. Our data-driven test content, analyses, insights, and innovations empower our colleagues and stakeholders to manage their programs and efficiently and confidently take actions that support students’ college and career success.

This position will serve as a confidential partner to the Office of the Senior Vice President (OSVP), which includes aiding in the efficient management of OSVP through executive administrative support to the Senior Vice President and three Vice Presidents within Learning and Assessment, as well as focused support to the Senior Director, Strategy and Analysis. Core responsibilities include executive support, quality control, communication management, calendar management, expense management, project management, and travel planning and execution. You’ll work closely with the Senior Director, Strategy and Analysis to track and manage the flow of daily work and other initiatives through the Office of the SVP. You’ll be the “first line of defense” for logistical and administrative issues, seeking to resolve them swiftly and proactively.

The hiring range for a new employee in this position is $40,000 to 70,000. College Board differentiates salaries by location so where you live will narrow the portion of this range in which you can expect a salary.
Your salary will be carefully determined based on your location, relevant experience, the external labor market, and the pay of College Board employees in similar roles. College Board strives to provide our best offer up front based on this criteria.
