The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with clients at all levels and functions and has prior experience working with large corporate accounts. The Learning Strategist possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence and the ability to listen to a client’s issues, ask strategic questions then prescribe potential solutions in a coherent plan.
