The Behavior Analysis Instructional Design Consultant will: Coordinate and assist in the development of metrics and dashboards to assess the effectiveness of the department’s online degree programs; coordinate and assist in the development and implementation of marketing and recruitment strategies across all four degree programs and the GACT; coordinate and assist with the application, registration, and scheduling processes across all four degree programs and the GACT; coordinate and assist with the logistics and operation of the department as related to the degree programs, the GACT, and student progress through the programs.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent formal training. Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to plan and organize, evaluate and analyze, communicate in writing and orally.
  • Working knowledge of learning and instructional design theories.
  • Working knowledge of college level courseware and ability to apply that understanding to course development.
  • Demonstrated skill in application of current technologies (desktop applications, internet, multimedia).
  • Analytical skills in project management and assessment knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

The preferred candidate will possess the following additional qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis and is a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
  • Experience working within the online course presentation.
