Job Summary
The Associate Manager, Curriculum Development will develop and implement comprehensive training curricula, programs, and strategies consistent with The Habit’s culture and mission. This role will work closely with various cross-functional partners to identify skills gaps and training needs to support restaurant Team Member training and development. This will require an in-depth understanding of restaurant operations at all levels as well as a creative and innovative approach to learning that can accommodate the fast-paced restaurant environment. This position will report to the Director of Learning & Recruiting, will be based at our home office located in Irvine, CA and requires some local travel.

Compensation
Salary Range: $93,200 to $109,600 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we’ll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
