The facility will utilize the latest technology to increase the company’s manufacturing capacity in parenteral (injectable) medications, device assembly and packaging operations. The Lilly Kenosha site will leverage use of high-tech equipment, advanced highly integrated and automated manufacturing systems, and have a focus on minimizing the impact to our environment.
The Associate- Learning & Development will report to the Sr. Director of HR.
The Associate–Learning & Development (L&D), is responsible for the creation, coordination, and implementation of learning solutions for the Kenosha, WI manufacturing site. The L&D Associate will partner with Lilly Kenosha site leaders to ensure that appropriate curricula are assigned to employees, based on their job responsibilities and compliance obligations. They will think strategically about the best way to train our team members by understanding the needs of our organization and identifying best practices and leverage of these capabilities for effective site training and compliance. May also assist in the design of programs, lead projects to create and deliver learning programs that meet company objectives and local site capability and compliance needs.
