What You Will Be Doing:

• Supervise a dynamic team of Academic Designers, guiding their efforts to create impactful educational content.
• Oversee an extensive group of external vendors, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.
• Make informed decisions to optimize resource allocation and manage operational initiatives for tactical delivery.
• Utilize external perspectives to enhance products and services, articulating customer needs to drive meaningful solutions.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Social Studies, or a related field.
• Experience leading a team.
• Experience with writing or editing educational materials preferred.  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $70,000-$95,000 annually, with variations based on qualifications, experience, and location.
