By the end of this program you will:

• Gain inside knowledge about how MID2 was constructed and why it was designed the way it was
• Learn how to deliver, teach and train others in instructional design practices (with practical tips and tricks included to facilitate online and in person trainings)
• Deliver a short training in a small group setting and receive feedback/live workshopping from our MID Team Experts
• Successfully measure impact: Understand how to construct assessment such as the rubric criteria created and implemented for MID2, use this rubric criteria to accurately assess learner progress and performance in instructional design principles and assess learner transformation

• Attend an exclusive Kickoff Zoom Call
• Journey successfully through Gnowbe’s MID301 Program
• Create and submit three unique programs for feedback and assessment: Personal program, Soft Skills Program, Technical skills Program
• Attend a mandatory MID301 Workshop & Masterclass (3 hours)
• Submit your work for review & accreditation
• Fun fact: Gnowbe brought in an Academic Advisory Council to advise them on the methodology of MID101. That Council are the signers of the MID101 digital certificates. They are none other than: Professor Dominique Turpin (former President of IMD), Professor John J-H Kim from Harvard Business School and Professor Neo Boon Siong (former Dean 2x of Nanyang Business School of NTU).
