Position Description:

Serves as a member the writing team for the Center for Teaching & Learning Mathematics (CTLM); edits, formats, and revises work created by content specialists; responsible for formatting and editing content for all CTLM programming and facilitator guides for professional development courses; and uploads on-line content and tutorials for users of educational resources.

This is initially a one year appointment for additional project support, but may be renewed based on project status and/or staffing needs.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, instructional design or related field required.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least one year of technical and/or freelance writing and editing experience required.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing video conferencing and capturing software, Google applications for education, content management systems, and e-Learning preferred.
  • Team leadership and experience editing educational resources also preferred.
