The Vice President of Learning and Development is a key leadership role responsible for designing and executing the organization’s global learning and development strategy. This role will be instrumental in driving both organizational and employee growth and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of the organization by ensuring our people have the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in an ever-changing environment. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this role will shape the educational landscape for the company, ensuring that employees across all levels and locations have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. This individual will bring together all aspects of learning within Acrisure and will lead a high-performing team, drive initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning, and ensure that all learning programs align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
