Job Summary
As a Training Specialist within the UMH Revenue Cycle’s Learning and Performance Improvement (LPI) department, you will be tasked with the administration, organization, execution, and evaluation of training and educational programs specific to your designated application and subject matter. These programs are aimed at facilitating employee training and professional development. You will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive records of training activities, tracking employee progress, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs. Senior levels of this position will additionally be tasked with the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of in-house training initiatives as well as acting as the training lead on various projects.

Work location for this position is remote online. This position may require some in person training which will require the ability to be on-site if needed for classroom session(s).

Background Screening
