As an Training Program Manager – Enterprise Skills Initiative in WW Learning, you will empower our global teams to drive impact that maximizes the reach of Enterprise Skills Initiative (ESI) program.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Program Manager – Enterprise Skills Initiative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing our training programs through community engagement and leadership. You’ll evangelize changes and innovations to our program to regional and local leads. You’ll build relationships with worldwide training practitioners and collect success stories and best practices to share broadly. You’ll own community metrics and report outmeasurable business impacts.

Integrated Learning IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 – $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 – $200,500 per year.
