We are seeking a skilled, adaptable, and data-driven Training Operations and Data Coordinator to join our Training & Enablement team. This role blends training program management with data analysis, requiring expertise in leveraging virtual meeting tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, analytical capabilities, and a keen attention to detail, particularly in managing training, ensuring data accuracy, and generating reports. They should be self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure the seamless execution of training programs.

What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $65,000 – $75,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
