Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of training programs across Retail, Franchise, and Wholesale teams in the North America region (Canada, Unites States, Caribbeans). Reporting to the Regional Director, Training & Client Experience Americas, this role will focus on enhancing team knowledge and skills in sales, product expertise, and client experience. Based in New York City, the Training Manager will play a critical role in supporting the onboarding of new hires, managing training tools and programs, and driving team performance through innovative and impactful training strategies.
