LMS Administrator

Business Title: Training Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator, having expertise with ADP and who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning programs using our Learning Management System (LMS) to include internal and external learning assets, live or virtual instructor-led courses, webcasts, web-based content, event planning, calendar and scheduling, enrollments, certification tracking, course attendance, reporting and course evaluation/feedback. This role will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the LMS, ensuring a seamless learning experience for CE associates. The LMS Administrator will analyze and report on training data, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with training requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong LMS administration skills and experience in data reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

LMS Administration and Support:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the ADP learning platform to include managing configuration, user roles, permissions, integrations and reporting.
  • Maintain and update course catalogs, learning paths, certifications, and training materials.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot technical issues with LMS users and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate live or virtual instructor-led courses and events.
  • Maintain current knowledge of best practices in learning and development solutions, industry practices, and implementation solutions.
  • Provide support and backup to other systems.

Data Analysis And Reporting

  • Generate and analyze LMS reports and dashboards to track learner engagement, completion rates, and training effectiveness.
  • Provide insights to key stakeholders and recommend improvements based on data.
  • Ensure accurate training records for compliance and audit requirements.
  • Collect and analyze course evaluations and feedback data to identify areas for improvement.

Content Management And User Experience

  • Upload, test, and manage content.
  • Optimize user experience (UX) and navigation within ADP, ensuring accessibility and ease of use.

Collaboration And Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop and maintain LMS documentation, user guides, and SOPs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure learning assets are approved and adopted. Train and support internal associates on how to use the LMS effectively.
  • Promote a culture of learning and professional development within the organization.
  • Promote positive and collaborative teamwork within the learning & development department and with internal customers and subject matter experts to provide exceptional customer service to associates, leadership, business partners and partner organizations. Contribute within a team in the planning, building, and constant evaluation of learning assets and LMS.
  • May act as a representative and subject matter expert on cross-functional teams.

System Enhancements & Integrations

  • Stay updated on the platform’s latest features, releases, and best practices, implementing enhancements as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as an LMS Administrator, with a strong focus on ADP. Experience with multiple learning management systems is preferred.
  • Experience managing LMS configurations, reporting, content uploads, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in LMS analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and support end-users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
