Core Responsibilities
Actively engage in all phases of the training process to support employee development at our Colonial Heights, VA (LVA) manufacturing facility.
- Ambassador for Training and Process standardization and understanding in The Lego Group, supports training process and projects in safety, quality, delivery, efficiency and cost
- Administrate Standard Work documentation, which includes creation, editing, translation, upload and sharing local and global documentation
- Close collaboration with process owners and Global Job Trainer
- Collaborate with other team members to support team ́s goals
- Participate in improvement projects (RIEs, PPS, Focus Board, etc)
- Support Training Process activities such as training plans, skill matrix and follow up on execution and coordinate special area activities
- Global alignment and collaboration between sites
- Implement projects to support efficiency and business needs
- Use of the company platforms for documents administration
Do you have what it takes?
- The candidate must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
- Develop collaborator engagement and ensure effective communication
- Experience tracking KPI’s
- Experience with process breakdowns, presentations and data point collection
- 2 years of training experience
- 2 years of experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment
Additional Information
The salary for this position has a pay rate of $37 per hour USD based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group considers a wide range of compensation factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, including benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
