Why You Will Love this Job:

As a Service Training Specialist – Training Coordination at Rehlko, the individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing the logistics, scheduling, and execution of both in-person and virtual training programs. They will act as the primary point of contact for all training inquiries, ensuring seamless registration, troubleshooting LMS issues, and managing payment processes. Additionally, they will develop and maintain training content in collaboration with subject matter experts, administer the Learning Management System (LMS), and generate reports to track training effectiveness. This role also involves marketing and communication efforts to promote training programs, stakeholder collaboration across departments, and resource management to enhance training capabilities.

Specific Responsibilities:

Training Logistics and Coordination (50%):

  • Lead scheduling, coordination, and logistics for all instructor led and virtual training events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding training programs, assisting with course registration and troubleshooting LMS issues. Primary point of contact for all training inquiries.
  • Manage payment processes, including e-commerce transactions, invoicing, purchase orders, and customer account updates.
  • Lead all training program marketing and communication activities, including the development of training flyers and mass communications to internal and external stakeholders.

Content Development and Maintenance (10%):

  • Develop, maintain, and tailor training content for factory school and live training programs, ensuring alignment with technical documentation and business needs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and field specialists to ensure training materials are up-to-date and effective.
  • Execute specialized training programs based on customer and technician needs, incorporating survey insights and data analysis.

LMS Administration and Reporting (20%):

  • Serve as the lead administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), managing course schedules, registrations, and reporting metrics. Is the day-to-day leader of the Learning Management System for the business and training team.
  • Monitor digital training activity and provide actionable recommendations to improve training effectiveness.
  • Deliver monthly reporting on training activity and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Stakeholder Collaboration (10%):

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to align training initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, and OEM customers.

Tools and Resources Management (10%):

  • Procure and maintain tools, software, and equipment needed for training development and training programs
  • Present business cases for additional resources as necessary to enhance training capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree required
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with e-learning tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Lector.
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
