Job Description
This role offers the opportunity to join a team focused on the transformation of the way that our technology function operates and to take a leading role within that, focusing on the systematic upskilling and reskilling of our people. We are investing in building a global pipeline of technology talent that can impactfully partner with colleagues from a variety of functions in multi-disciplinary teams, to engage with our most pressing and complex priorities. This role will drive technical upskilling at scale through the design of cohort-based, software engineering-focused, skills academies. Through these skills academies, this role will bring leading-edge thinking in learning and development to the creation of differentiated, impactful learning experiences that will drive meaningful upskilling in software engineering and allow our employees to have maximum impact in their roles.
