Summary
The primary responsibility for the Technical Publication Specialist I is to create and revise Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) and publish documentation to support the service, repair and technical assistance of Kia vehicles in the United States. Duties include performing research, verifying technical procedures on vehicles, and preparing written step-by-step instructions using images and flowcharts. Qualified candidates are familiar with automotive knowledge and will work with Kia Product Quality Service Engineers to quickly provide technical support materials for Kia North America and its Dealers. This position requires close collaboration with the North American Safety Office (NASO), Warranty, Service and Parts Departments to successfully assign and complete project tasks.
