Summary Of Duties

For the first year of employment, this hybrid role will focus mainly on content that equips the company’s workforce to use AI effectively. After that one-year period, projects will be assigned more broadly.

Employee will use instructional design principles and tools to develop, implement, and evaluate training. This may be in the form of e-learning modules with Articulate Storyline/Rise, video/screen-recording tutorials, online simulations, or occasional instructor-led training.

Essential Functions Performed

  • Perform training needs analysis and determine the best method(s) of delivery, which could encompass e-learning, multimedia, job aides, written procedures, live/online instructor-led sessions, or other means.
  • Develop learning content that is visually pleasing, logically organized, concise, and easily digested.
  • Serve a global audience for which translation into multiple languages may be required.
  • Gather information from a wide variety of sources, synthesize it, and translate it into easy-to-understand language.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs and technical training team to complete projects.
  • Write actionable learning objectives that impart new skills.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance data.
  • Adjust training based on evaluation findings.
  • May plan, develop, deliver, and track learning through a learning management system.
  • Work primarily with the IT group, referred to as Management of Information Systems (MIS), in global training initiatives.
  • Assist with training projects outside of MIS to support other departments and business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A portfolio showcasing applicant’s e-learning development skills. For applicants without a portfolio, submission of a small application project may be required.
  • Experience with e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline or equivalent.
  • Experience editing graphics, audio, and video.
  • Demonstrated skills in training needs analysis, curriculum development, delivery, and training evaluation methods.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interact with, present to, and train all levels within the company.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 suite and other business software.
  • Education or work experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comfortable using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or other LLMs.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Audition, Illustrator, After Effects) or alternative software.
  • Experience with screen recording tools.
