About The Role

As a Talent Analyst at Reckitt, your contributions will weave together data and strategy to support a talent-driven future. This role calls for an analytical thinker who can connect the dots between data and talent development, contributing directly to the growth and capabilities within our Global Business Units (GBUs) and Functions. Your responsibilities

Talent Advisory

  • Drive an integrated Talent Management Cycle through localisation of Performance and Talent management implementations.
  • Support the daily needs of Talent organization (i.e. People Moves, sharing talent insights, calibrations, etc.).
  • Support capability building around talent and leadership assessment and development of future potential.
  • Act as a thought partner to advise on functional/market talent topics; showcases market trends and new developments to bring fresh perspective and outside-in insights to both business and HR community.
  • Building presentations for strategic talent initiatives monthly & quarterly (i.e., Talking Talent, succession planning, ad hoc project support for functions).
  • Analyzing employee performance and identifying skill gaps, then developing training programs to address those gaps.

Data & Analytics

  • Ad hoc data & insights reporting for functional support; translate into visual storytelling.
  • Support the full talent life cycle with completion tracking and audits.
  • Collating and analyzing talent and HR data from both HRIS and other sources to extract insights, track against KPIs, create reports to share to different HRDs and business stakeholders.

Learning and Leadership Development

  • Own learning calendar and date offerings in partnership with Regional Leader for North America.
  • Internal consultant supporting Management teams and HR Managers on training needs for NA and organizing development interventions where needed.
  • Tracking training metrics and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of development programs.
  • Partnering with department leaders to identify performance needs and recommend training programs.
  • Oversee training nominations for local NA trainings and course administration management. Track attendee completion for NA trainings/maintaining LMS where applicable.

Facilitation and Communication

  • Facilitation of local leadership and performance trainings.
  • Facilitation of High Performing Teams & DISC sessions for NA business, as requested.
  • Drive and deliver cascades from global regarding Talent, Learning & Leadership Development initiatives.

The experience we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in consultancy or HR with a strong analytical background.
  • Ability to solve problems logically and methodically.
  • Creative thinking paired with practical problem-solving skills and actionable communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence and build relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to effectively present data insights.

US salary ranges

USD $102,000.00 – $154,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
